Dylan in service was immediately on the same page as I was when I had walked into World Volkswagen. It was if he took the words out of my mouth about the Powertrain Warranty and Tunes. The same issue I had to explain to the Tom’s River service dept. anyway World found the issue. Which was a simple keyless entry fault. And I’m so glad I came here. Couldn’t be any more happy with this interaction. I wish I went here to buy the car in the first place. Totally recommend these guys!! Especially being mod friendly. Thank you so much!

We came here for service on my brand new Tiguan after getting the run around from shrewsbury for over a month. When I spoke to Dylan and explained my situation, he told me exactly how they would handle it and guess what? They did just that and managed our expectations throughout. Instead of bypassing the check engine light like Shrewsbury did, they did a full diagnostic and then gave us a loaner car for a few days so we wouldn’t have to wait or go back and forth. AND they were done a day earlier than expected. What took Shrewsbury weeks took them two days.
Shoutout to Dylan and the service team. I appreciate them taking the time to do things properly, even though it was under warranty. I will be going back and will tell anyone who listens to go there.
